چکیده
We present a study of the rubidium adsorption on Si(111)-(7x7) surface and related Rb-induced reconstructions as function deposition temperature Rb-coverage via scanning tunneling microscopy (STM) low-energy electron diffraction (LEED). Sample analysis LEED allowed to observe for first time Rb/Si(111)-(6x1) reconstruction. The STM image obtain real space characterization Rb/Si(111)-(3x1) surface. In addition, provided direct local information arrangement well further insights interaction between Si Rb atoms growth dynamics.
